                              RESOLUTION NO. 21333
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE CITY
                 FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                 RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH MEMORIAL
                 HOSPITAL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A PEDESTRIAN
                 CROSSWALK FLASHING BEACON AT GLENWOOD DRIVE AND
                 DE SALES AVENUE.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 

       Memorial Hospital through its properly licensed contractor and 
per
       City plans for materials and installation specifications, to
       install a pedestrian crosswalk flashing beacon at Glenwood Drive
       and de Sales Avenue.  Upon completion of construction, Memorial
       Hospital shall dedicate the pedestrian crosswalk flashing beacon
       for public use and transfer title to all component parts to the
       City.  After the installation, the City will maintain the
       pedestrian crosswalk flashing beacon.
